چکیده

An experiment was conducted at the Fruit Research Farm of Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, during 2019–20 to study impact mineral nutrients on fruit drop, powdery mildew and quality attributes ber (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) cv. Umran. A 15 year’s old plants were sprayed with like calcium nitrate @0.25 0.50%; potassium sulphate boric acid @0.40 0.60% liquid sulphur 0.50% along control (water spray) mid-November, mid-December mid-January (2019–20). drop incidence recorded periodically from November-March. Ber fruits analysed for physical bio-chemical parameters after harvesting. Among all foliar applications, @0.50% resulted in minimum (65.52%). Maximum length (4.86 cm), diameter (3.06 pulp content (93.96%) colour values (59.50, -4.0 33.46) also applied @0.50%. TSS (15.63 0B), TSS/acid ratio (120.23), ascorbic (110.25 mg/100 g), total sugars (12.70%), reducing (5.75%), non-reducing (6.60%) titrable acidity (0.130%) @0.60% which statistically par However, observed (0.50%) followed by (0.50%). From present studies, it is concluded that 3 applications improved attributes, reduction as well reduced
